Thank You and Meeting Notes

Hey Team,

First off let me just say another huge THANK YOU to all who where a part of last weekends clean up and open house. It was awesome to see the fruit of our labor as people toured the LifeHouse and began to catch the vision. Working like a well oiled machine, a great team of leaders and ministers are beginning to form. Preparing for the work of God on St. Joe Avenue. That is awesome!!

• We assesed the open house. Overall things went very smooth. Remember not to talk about the horrible smells, and try to focus on the prayer room, worship, and social justice. Cast the vision!!!


• Pastor Tim passed out the first of many cd's with various podcast about multi site churches.


• Please have Red Moon Rising finished by our next meeting on 10/7/07. This is when Pastor Tim will be inviting anyone from the congregation (who has read the book) to sit in on the planning for the prayer room.


• Discussion about a 1 year commitment to the LifeHouse for all Core Leaders. The year would start in March of '08 and would consist of being here Sunday evening and going OVER AND ABOVE.


• All of you should now have a copy of the book "The Multi-Site Revolution" . Please start reading this as we will be discussing the topics of this book in future meetings.


• I will try to set up a Field Trip(that sounds so elementary),.,.,.Road Trip.,.,.,.,(much better) to a 24/7 boiler room in Kansas City.
